Building the future of property intelligence: LandLogic’s outlook for 2026
2025 was the year AI exploded across every industry, and exposed a critical truth: without reliable, standardized data, AI simply can’t deliver real value. And this gap is glaringly visible in the land and real estate industry, where zoning, planning, and property data remain disconnected and difficult to use at scale. LandLogic changed that story this year.
We now provide consolidated, standardized data that powers AI-enabled property tools across Canadian cities. Professionals can move from manual research to instant answers. Due diligence and site selection that used to take hours (or days) of digging, now happen in minutes.
From national expansion to new partnerships to our most ambitious product releases yet, 2025 pushed LandLogic to the front of Canada’s property intelligence movement. And we’re just getting started. Here’s a look at what we built this year, and what’s coming next.
Expanding nationally
LandLogic has moved from a provincial success story to a national property intelligence platform. We’ve now expanded our coverage to 82 municipalities across Ontario, and we are proud to announce that LandLogic will be operational in British Columbia by early 2026, marking our major national rollout.
This expansion strengthens our goal of linking municipalities, provinces, and regional authorities with a single data standard on which we can provide AI-powered due diligence, site selection and research tools.

Strengthening partnerships
One of the most significant milestones of 2025 was our partnership with GeoWarehouse, one of the most trusted property data platforms in Canada. Together, we launched the Basic Zoning Report, making LandLogic’s standardized zoning intelligence broadly accessible to professionals across the province of Ontario.
And we are pleased to announce that this partnership will soon also provide an Enhanced Zoning Report for select cities—a deeper view of land-use regulations, conditions, requirements, and constraints. This next-generation report will provide even greater clarity for land-use consultants, economic development teams, builders, developers and brokerages. Look for it in early 2026 in the GeoWarehouse store!

Engaging across Canada
In 2025, we made it a priority to show up, share knowledge, and engage directly with Canada’s land and property community. Our team participated in industry events across the country and in the U.S., exchanging insights with professionals, policymakers, and innovators.
We took part in a wide range of industry events, including the Building Transformations Conference, the Urban Economy Forum, the BeSpatial Ontario Annual Event, the FCM Annual Conference, and the AMO Annual Conference, along with several regional planning and technology sessions where we presented or contributed expertise. From our booth at TREBB REALTOR® QUEST, where we connected with thousands of real estate professionals, to our presentation at Google’s AI Gatherings, we reinforced the same message: Canada is ready for AI-powered property tools, and LandLogic is accelerating that shift.
Accelerator milestones
This year, LandLogic was selected for several of Canada’s leading accelerator programs, including DMZ Centre for Housing Innovation, the Accelerator Centre, MaRS Discovery District, and CDL Montréal: AI Stream.
These programs help strengthen our technical foundation, sharpen our product roadmap, and scale our national presence. They also connect us with municipal partners, real estate leaders, and innovation communities across the country.
Product breakthroughs
2025 brought some of the most significant advancements in our platform’s history. These tools reflect the power of standardized data combined with modern AI and deep land-use expertise.
Basic Zoning Report
The Basic Zoning Report delivers a clean summary of what is permitted on a property, pulling from zoning bylaws, land-use regulations, and key constraints that typically take hours to interpret. Whether you’re screening properties, preparing listings, or validating development potential, the Basic Zoning Report provides immediate, trustworthy insight that saves time, reduces risk, and eliminates guesswork. Other property reports are also available on-demand through the LandLogic store.
Conversational AI
This year we began testing Parcella, our conversational AI designed specifically for the built environment. Parcella allows professionals to ask complex land-use questions in plain language to receive instant, accurate answers. We’ve been busy lining up pilots for industry testing, and we welcome new partnerships, so if you’re interested in AI for contextual land and property data, don’t hesitate to reach out for a demo.
Multiplex Assessment
Cities across Canada are advancing their multiplex housing policies, and LandLogic is at the forefront of this movement. This year we launched the Multiplex Assessment tool to help professionals quickly determine whether a property can support multiplex development. These reports evaluate zoning permissions, planning criteria, lot characteristics, and policy thresholds, providing a clear view of multiplex potential. Just search an address and see if you qualify.
School Reports
LandLogic will be introducing School Reports early in 2026, offering insights into English and French streams from JK to Highschool. These reports support family-oriented development planning and location-sensitive property decisions. This report is unlike anything else offered today, and is designed to consolidate and compare catchments, ratings, rankings, and school details.
Data Studio Portal
A small, but mighty update for subscribers to the Data Studio platform is the Portal: a simple way to access all your tools. Just search for an address in the main portal and instantly see a consolidated view of which reports and tools are available for that location.
Free all-access trial
LandLogic is excited to offer a free 3-day trial subscription! Share with your colleagues and friends to explore the full functionality of the Data Studio. Unlock site selection, site assessment, multiplex assessment, and access to all downloadable reports. Learn more about the Data Studio here.

In 2026, we will expand our mission even further by extending national coverage across more provinces and into the U.S., enhance Parcella’s intelligence and reach, release new automated reports, and strengthen our partnerships with municipalities and land-use organizations.
The property sector is entering a new era built on standardized data and AI-enabled tools, and LandLogic is leading the way. Thank you for being part of our journey!
