Instead of spending weeks searching across zoning, planning, servicing, environmental, heritage, infrastructure, and application records, every property could have a trusted digital identity anchored to the official land registry and enriched with everything known about the site.

With that foundation in place, AI could help identify requirements, flag conflicts, compare options, and provide feedback as designs evolve. The same connected record could then support permitting, construction, inspections, renovations, maintenance, and future projects, creating a housing system that is faster, more coordinated, and less dependent on rediscovering information that already exists.
